Mellow Self Help Therapy for Your Body is designed to help you find tools unique to overcoming overeating and achieving body balance for good. Dr. Colleen Long has worked with thousands of patients contemplating and going through with bariatric surgery (gastric sleeve, gastric bypass, lap band), and she has refined a set of tools that have proven to be successful in helping people achieve life long weight loss.
